At Morris & Mole, we are dedicated to getting your handmade leather goods to you safely and efficiently. This policy outlines our processing times and delivery options for all UK orders.

Order Processing Times


Processing time is the period it takes for us to handcraft, prepare, and package your order before it is dispatched.
Standard Orders: For our ready-to-ship items, we aim to process and dispatch your order within 2 business days.
Custom Orders: For any items that are custom-made or personalised for you, please allow up to 7 business days for your piece to be handcrafted before it is dispatched.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

UK Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping methods for delivery within the United Kingdom.

1. Local Delivery (5-Mile Radius of PR6)

Cost: FREE
Eligibility: Available for delivery addresses within a 5-mile radius of the PR6 postcode. A minimum order value of £25 applies.
Important: To select this option, you must use Shop Pay at checkout. The Local Delivery option is not compatible with other accelerated checkout methods like Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal.

 

2. Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Large Letter

Cost: £2.95
Eligibility: Applies only to our smallest items, such as bookmarks and key fobs.
Delivery Estimate: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days after dispatch.

 

3. Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Small Parcel

Cost: £3.80
Eligibility: Applies to all other products, including wallets, purses, cases, and bags.
Delivery Estimate: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
We do not offer shipping to the EU or any other international destinations at this time.

Further Information

Tracking: All our Royal Mail services are tracked. Your tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.
Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. Morris & Mole is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
