We take great pride in our handmade leather goods and hope you love your new item. However, if you are not completely satisfied or have simply changed your mind, we aim to make the return process as clear and simple as possible.
Please read the following sections carefully to understand your rights and our policies regarding returns.
Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch)
If you wish to cancel a non-personalised order, you can do so at any time before it has been dispatched.
Please contact us immediately at morrisandmole@gmail.com with your name and order number. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our standard returns procedure as outlined below. Please note this cancellation right does not apply to personalised or custom orders.
Standard Returns - Your Right to Cancel
If your item is not personalised or custom-made, you have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- You must inform us of your decision to return the item within 14 days of receiving your goods.
- After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to post the item back to us.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Important Exception: Personalised & Custom Orders
Items that are personalised (e.g., with initials) or are custom-made to your specific requirements are not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive faulty or damaged. Please ensure you are happy with all design choices before placing your order.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
We carefully inspect every item before it is dispatched. In the unlikely event that your order arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately.
- Please email us at morrisandmole@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your full name, order number, and clear photos showing the issue.
- Once we have assessed the situation, we will offer a replacement, a repair, or a full refund. In the case of faulty goods, we will cover the cost of the return postage.
How to Make a Return
Step 1: Let Us Know: Please send an email to morrisandmole@gmail.com with your full name and order number, stating that you would like to return your item.
Step 2: Package Your Item: Repackage the item securely in its original packaging if possible. Please include a note with your name and order number inside the parcel.
Step 3: Post the Item Back to Us: Send your return to the following address. Remember to obtain proof of postage.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note, we will refund the original product cost and the standard outbound shipping fee.
