Processing Time
Processing time is the period it takes for us to handcraft, prepare, and package your order before it is dispatched.
Standard Orders: For our ready-to-ship items, we aim to process and dispatch your order within 2 business days.
Custom Orders: For any items that are custom-made or personalised for you, please allow up to 7 business days for your piece to be handcrafted before it is dispatched.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
All orders are processed within 2 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Options
We offer the following shipping methods:
Local Delivery – FREE
Available for addresses within a 5-mile radius of the PR6 postcode with a minimum order value of £25.
IMPORTANT: Local delivery is only available when checking out with Shop Pay. It is not compatible with other accelerated checkout methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or PayPal.
Large Letter – £2.95
Only available for small items such as bookmarks and key fobs. All items are sent via Royal Mail's tracked 48hr service, so should arrive within 2 to 3 business days once dispatched.
Small Parcel – £3.80
Applies to all other products. All items are sent via Royal Mail's tracked 48hr service, so should arrive within 2 to 3 business days once dispatched.
